Description

Recommend approval to award an annual contract for park benches from Swartz and Associates in the amount of $66,260.00, and steel litter receptacles with dome lids inlaid with ashtrays from Sitescapes, Inc. in the amount of $19,360.00 for a total amount of $85,620.00.

The Greenscapes Division estimates that 20 benches and 20 receptacles will be purchased annually under this contract. They will be used in parks and squares throughout the City. 

This contract term will be from October 11, 2018 through December 31, 2019.
