The Savannah Airport Commission has been working with Mead & Hunt to establish a Master Plan for the Rental Car Service Center area. This task order will entail work associated with professional services for the Rental Car Facility Development Phase II. This project focuses on key components such as developing topographic survey and lease line surveys,  preliminary geotechnical testing, coordination with existing rental car agencies (Enterprise, Avis, Hertz) to ensure integration and functionality of the facilities, establishment of consistent design standards, preliminary site and floor plans for each site, preliminary permitting investigation, cost estimates for each company and design, and construction oversight for SIXT rental facility. This approach will facilitate a smooth development process and ensure that the needs of all stakeholders are met effectively during the preliminary phase of the project.
