Description The County is in the final design of the intersection improvement project at Johnny Mercer Boulevard and Walthour Road. The City's utilities will need to be relocated to accomodate the project. The City is requesting to include relocation design and construction services in the existing design contract and future construction contract. The City will reimburse the County for the cost for design and construction. The estimated cost provided by the County’s project engineering firm for utility relocation design services is $33,500. Final construction cost will be determined with project is bid. The County Attorney has reviewed the IGA as to legal form. | |
