Bridget Lidy, petitioner for the Mayor and Aldermen of the City of Savannah is requesting approval of an amendment to the Zoning Map regarding Overlay Districts to correct various scrivener's errors and to incorporate recently approved overlays (File No. 19-005437-ZA).

The request includes the following:

• Expansion of the Streetcar Historic Overlay District (formerly Mid-City District) to include 44th Street between Montgomery Street and Bull Street as approved and adopted on November 5, 2018 by the Mayor and Aldermen;
• Expansion of the Montgomery Street Area (AD-2) and Ogeechee Road Area (AD-3) Alcohol Density Overlay Districts and the creation of the Liberty City Parkway Alcohol Density Overlay District (AD-4) as approved and adopted on July 18, 2019 by the Mayor and Aldermen;
• Adjustment of the boundaries of the Savannah Downtown Historic Overlay District.
