35. Motion to Accept the Withdrawal of the Request to Rezone 1825 Montgomery St
Strategic Priority

Josh Yellin, Petitioner (File No. 19-003958-ZA) was requesting approval of a rezoning map amendment for a property located at 1825 Montgomery Street to rezone the property from TC-1 (Traditional Commercial – Neighborhood) to TC-2 (Traditional Commercial – Corridor). The property is currently occupied by a retail establishment and is otherwise vacant.  It sits within the Streetcar (formerly Mid-City) local historic district.

On August 27, 2019, the Planning Commission voted to recommend denial of the rezoning request.

However, the petitioner withdrew the rezoning request on September 24, 2019.


Accept the withdrawal of this rezoning request.
