| Description Josh Yellin, Petitioner (File No. 19-003958-ZA) was requesting approval of a rezoning map amendment for a property located at 1825 Montgomery Street to rezone the property from TC-1 (Traditional Commercial – Neighborhood) to TC-2 (Traditional Commercial – Corridor). The property is currently occupied by a retail establishment and is otherwise vacant. It sits within the Streetcar (formerly Mid-City) local historic district.
