Description

The Eastern Wharf project is a large mixed-use residential and commercial project located along the south bank of the Savannah River, the northern right-of-way of President Street, and the westerly right-of-way of the Bilbo Canal. Pursuant to a Development Agreement between The Mayor and Aldermen of the City of Savannah (“City”) and SRL Land Venture, LLC and SRL Land Venture II, LLC, (combined referenced herein as “SRL”), SRL has agreed to grant three open space parcels and two access easements to the City. The open space parcels adjoin and abut the riverwalk and the easements provide access from public streets across private parcels to the open space parcels and riverwalk. The open space parcels are: OS-1.1 (0.382 acre), OS-1.2 (0.672 acre), and OS-1.3 (0.7040 acre). Each of the access easements is ten-feet in width. These parcels and easements are more fully depicted and defined in a Major Subdivision Plat of the Lands Known as Fill Area West, Parcel C-5, Parcel U-3, and Parcel C-6B, being portions of Eastern Wharf. The deeds, easement agreement, and plat are attached.
