The Lease also includes furnishings and appliances utilized by the sanitation department while renovations are completed through November 2021 at 1809 US 80 West Garden City.

Description

Recommend approval of a final close-out modification for a mobile office trailer lease with William Scotsman, Inc. in the amount of $19,600.

The contract is for the lease of an office trailer along with furnishings and appliances to be used by the Sanitation Department during the renovation of the facility at 1809 US 80 West Garden City.

Sanitation staff were relocated to the temporary mobile trailer for office space. The original contract included delivery and setup, as well as disassembly and removal at the end of the lease term. This contract modification is to extend the trailer lease until scheduled renovation is complete in November, 2021.

This contract was originally approved by Council on November 7, 2019, in the amount of $26,261. Modification #1 was approved by council on March 12, 2020, for the total contract amount of $50,798. Modification #2 was approved by council on January 14, 2021, for the total contract amount of $120,111. The total contract amount including this modification will be $139,711.
