The City currently has real property located at 216 Windsor Road (Woody's Skate Park) under contract as part of an assemblage of properties for development of a future park complex in the Windsor Forest area. Staff is hereby seeking approval to acquire another assemblage property that is located at 214 Windsor Road. This property consists of 0.3 acres and is currently developed with a single-family ranch-style house that was built in 1958. A recent appraisal indicates a market value of $120,000.00. The City and Seller have agreed on a purchase price of $120,000.00, and the Seller has signed the Purchase and Sale Agreement.   

If approved, staff will conduct due diligence on the facility, and the house will be demolished to make the assembled site ready for redevelopment.
