Description

This contract is for the procurement of mechanical repairs and services from Ruby Collins, Inc. in an amount not to exceed $9,000,000. The work proposed under this contract will include periodic construction services for emergency repairs and on-call construction services. The contract will be shared between the Water Treatment and Supply, Water Reclamation, and Stormwater departments. 

 

Per Section 2-4154 of the City’s Purchasing Ordinance, the City may purchase goods or services through the use of a state contract. The contract used for this procurement is a City of Atlanta contract (#RFP – 1220116B). It was competitively bid by the City of Atlanta and expires on November 30, 2024. This is a one-year contract with the option to renew for four (4) additional one-year terms. Terms: Net 30 days. Delivery: As requested.

A pre-bid was not conducted as the services are being procured through the use of a state contract. (D) Indicates non-local, non-DBE business.
