Description

Approval of a Major Subdivision, Savannah Highlands, Phase 9.  The subject property is located within the Savannah Highlands Subdivision, a part of the Highlands Development in the North Godley PUD.   This proposed phase totals 29.770 acres and will comprise 104 single-family lots with varying lot sizes.  Savannah Highlands Phase 9 is located at 610 Highlands Blvd, Savannah, GA, off the northern right-of-way of Highlands Boulevard.

The required infrastructure improvements to support this phase of development include extending water and sewer mains, water and sewer services, pond excavations, the installation of a stormwater conveyance system, and the extension of approximately 3,700 LF of roadway. 

According to FEMA Flood Plain Map Panel #13051C0017G, the subject property is Zone X, X Shaded, and Zone AE. No state waters are located within 200 feet of this property. The City of Savannah will provide and maintain the water and sewer service for this project area.
