HP Ogeechee Road, LLC has requested a water and sewer agreement for Pointe Grand Chatham, a development consisting of 411 apartment units with a clubhouse and fitness center located at 10 Patriot Drive off highway 17 in the gateway service area and is in unincorporated Chatham County. The water and sewer systems have adequate capacity to serve this 237 equivalent residential unit development.

The Water and Sewer connection fee totaling $774,990 is based on the proposed water consumption and shall be paid by the developer prior to the release of any water meters. The agreement is consistent with policy directives given by the Mayor and Aldermen and has been reviewed and approved by the City Attorney for legal format.
