| Description Notification of the emergency procurement of grounds maintenance for City cemeteries from SamJay Services in the amount of $31,800 and Russell Landscape in the amount of $97,280. The cemeteries (Laurel Grove North, Laurel Grove South, and Greenwich) were previously maintained using an annual contractor. However, the previous contractor resigned effective September 1, 2020. The cemetery grounds maintenance was behind schedule, therefore the services of SamJay and Russel Landscape of Savannah were procured via an emergency purchase to maintain the grounds until a new contract is approved to begin in December.
