| Description This is for an annual contract for flooring with 360TLX, LLC (LOCAL, DBE) in an amount not to exceed $65,000. This contract will be used by the Facilities Maintenance Department for the removal and installation of various types of flooring solutions including, but not limited to, carpet, laminate, hardwood, and tile floors as needed throughout City facilities. The contract will expire on November 21, 2023, and has four renewal options available. The bid was advertised, opened, reviewed, and went through the Savannah First initiative. One bid was received. Delivery: As Requested. Terms: Net 30 days.
Bidders were: L.B. 360TLX, LLC (2310 Causton Bluff Rd, Savannah, GA) (A) $20,475 A pre-proposal meeting was not conducted. (A) Indicates Local Owned, DBE Business.
