Description The petitioner, Adam Purser, working on behalf of Bull Street Baptist Church, is requesting to encroach into City Right-of-Way with a new construction auxillary building for the church with foundation by up to 3 feet, three entry way stoops with stairs, two second floor balconies by six inches, and 2,076 square feet of privately maintained pervious pavers along East 31st Street. The proposed encroachment requests do require and have received a Certificate of Appropriateness from the Metropolitan Planning Commission. The petition has been reviewed by Development Services, Public Works and Water Resources, Greenscapes, Planning & Urban Design, and Real Estate Services. | |
