Description

This is for the approval of the Reconstruction of the Forsyth Park tennis courts with Edwards Construction Group, LLC for the procurement of materials and labor necessary to renovate four (4) existing tennis courts, including associated fencing and site amenities, at Forsyth Park, in an amount not to exceed $363,081.

This project will replace the deteriorated courts, fencing, and amenities with new asphalt and sport-specific surfacing. The existing subgrade and surface conditions are beyond repair and cannot be restored to meet current safety and playability standards.
