| Description Recommend approval of the annual renewal for OpenGov software and maintenance from SHI International Corporation in the amount of $295,000. This budget and performance software is used by the Office of Management and Budget to create the annual budget and to track progress on performance measurements. The City originally procured OpenGov software and the contract was approved by Council on April 25, 2019. SHI International, a certified reseller and partner of OpenGov, is the vendor that holds the State of Georgia contract for the software. This yearly maintenance is critical to ensure authorized, knowledgeable and timely support when necessary. Per Section 2-4154 of the City’s purchasing ordinance, the City may purchase goods or services through the use of a state contract. The contract used for this procurement is a State of Georgia contract for software (Contract # 99999-SPD-SPD0000060-0003.). It was competitively bid by the State of Georgia. | |
