The Savannah-Chatham County Board of Public School System Board of Education (Board) and the City of Savannah (City) are parties to an Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) related to shared use of the Windsor Forest Elementary School, White Bluff Elementary School, and Windsor Forest High School. The facilities provide various senior, youth, and other community programs during agreed upon periods of time. This agreement, along with others, are evidence of a productive collaboration between the City and Board to leverage existing facilities and provide shared use to generate cost-efficient value to the public. 

The current agreement is set to expire on May 31, 2023. This Mutual of Understanding (MOU) Effecting a Second Extension of Facilities Use Agreement will extend the current IGA for two (2) additional years to expire on May 31, 2025.
