Description This contract is for bio-solids hauling and disposal services from Synagro in an amount not to exceed $3,000,000. The services will be used to haul and dispose bio-solids from the President Street Plant, which is necessary to maintain a healthy treatment process and avoid permit violations. Currently, the department is unable to remove the desired amount of bio-solids as a result of landfill operating hours and limitations on loading capacity. In order to sustain a treatment process, the facility must be able to dewater 24/7 without interruption. This contract will allow the department to explore long term solutions relating to bio-solids management. This is being procured by piggybacking the City of Atlanta Contract No. IFB/DWM/2302-1220330. Delivery: As needed. Terms: Net 30 days.
