Description

This contract is for a three (3) year annual maintenance agreement for RockSolid software with Granicus in the amount of $52,820. The software provides a 311 interface for citizens and City employees to submit tickets for maintenance work across the City. This includes the annual subscription, user dashboard, and 75 licensed users. This is a non-emergency phone system with a mobile application that can be accessed for information about services, service requests, and issues which are categorized and distributed to responding departments. This is a sole source contract because Granicus is the original provider and does not allow other vendors to perform maintenance and support of its software system. Delivery: As needed. Terms: Net 30 days.

 

The annual costs are as follows:

Year 1: $52,820

Year 2: $55,461

Year 3: $58,234.05
