The City of Savannah received an annexation petition for three parcels with an aggregate of ~159.7 acres located at 605 Old River Road and Sandhill Road (PINs 11045 01001A, 11046 01001B and 11047 01018).  The land is contiguous to existing City territory, and therefore, can be annexed by ordinance adopted by City Council. As required by State law, the County and the Board of Education have been informed of receipt of this petition.

On April 22, 2025, the Planning Commission recommended approval of the Future Land Use Map and zoning map amendments for the property.  These items have been included o the agenda for City Council’s consideration.
