Description

This is to procure a cooperative contract for Carrier HVAC Equipment with Mingledorff’s in an amount not to exceed $100,000. The Facilities Maintenance Department will utilize this contract for HVAC equipment throughout the City facilities. Mingledorff’s is the regional distributor for Carrier equipment.

This purchase will be made through a cooperative purchasing agreement with Sourcewell Contract Number 080824-CAR, which has an expiration date of November 2028. Cooperative purchasing is authorized as an appropriate procurement method in Division 10, Section 4-4152 of the City of Savannah’s purchasing ordinance.

This contract was competitively bid and awarded by Sourcewell. Delivery: As needed. Terms: Net 30 days. The vendor is:

A pre-proposal meeting was not conducted as this service is procured through a cooperative contract.
