| Description Rockingham Farms LLC has requested a water and sewer agreement for Warehouse Drive Phase 2B, a development consisting of the installation of 1,000 linear feet of water main and 900 linear feet of sewer main on Warehouse Drive in the President Street Treatment Plant service area located in Aldermanic District 5. There are no fees associated with this project. This is for roadway and utility extension only. The agreement is consistent with policy directives given by the Mayor and Aldermen and has been reviewed and approved by the City Attorney for legal format. | |
