Recommend approval to award a professional service agreement to Woolpert, Inc. for system integration and software services for up to $150,000. Public Works and Water Resources will use Woolpert, Inc. to integrate the MsGovern billing software into the City Works Computer Maintenance Management System (CMMS) for the Water Distributions operations. This will allow the City Works software to communicate with the Water Utilities Services MsGovern billing information, meter inventory, and meter specifics. 

This integration and software services total $109,000.  An additional $41,000 is required for annual software services on an as needed basis for change orders which may include upgrades, server change-outs, etc.

This procurement was made through a cooperative purchasing agreement with GSA Advantage.  The contract was competitively bid by GSA and awared to Woolpert, Inc. for a five year contract that expires on April 6, 2024.

Cooperative purchasing is authorized as an appropriate procurement method in Division 10 Section 4-4152 of the City of Savannah’s Purchasing Ordinance.
