| Description Recommend approval to renewal an annual maintenance agreement with Siemens Industry, Inc. in the amount of $47,629. The agreement will be used by the Public Works and Water Resources Department to maintain the variable frequency drives used to control pumps for raw water pumping and finished water distribution. This is a sole source because Siemens Industry, Inc. is the manufacturer of the variable frequency drives and only allows Siemen’s certified factory-trained technicians to maintain its equipment. | |
