| Description This is for the purchase of a 2022 Ford Explorer RWD with Wade Ford, Inc. in the amount of $39,588. The Fleet Services Department will be purchasing this vehicle for use by the Office of the City Manager. The Vehicle will be a 2022 Ford Explorer RWD. Per Section 2-4154 of the City’s Purchasing Ordinance, the City may purchase goods or services through the use of a state contract. The contract used for this procurement is a State of Georgia contract for vehicles (Contract # 99999-SPD-ES40199373-009S). It was competitively bid by the State of Georgia and expires on November 30, 2022. Delivery: As requested. Terms: Net 30 days. The vendor is: S.C. Wade Ford, Inc. (Smyrna, GA)(D) $39,588 A pre-proposal meeting was not conducted as this vehicle is being procured through the use of a state contract. (D) Indicates non-local, non-DBE business.
