D.R. Horton Homes, Inc. has requested a water and sewer agreement for The Pines at New Hampstead Phase 2, a development consisting of 48 single family homes on Turpentine Trail in the Travis Field Service Area. The water and sewer systems have adequate capacity to serve this 48 equivalent residential unit development. The Water and Sewer Connection Fee totaling $307,200, which is based on the proposed water consumption, shall be paid by the developer prior to the release of any water meters as each house goes online. The agreement is consistent with policy directives given by the Mayor and Aldermen and has been reviewed and approved by the City Attorney for legal format.

Approval
