Description The Mayor and Aldermen approved this Special Use request following a zoning hearing at the April 26, 2018 City Council Meeting. The action being considered now is the approval of an ordinance for the Special Use. The petitioner, Harold Yellin as Agent for Colleen Smith, is requesting approval of a Special Use (Inn) within a PUD-IS (Planned Unit Development-Institutional) zoning district for property located at 5715 Skidaway Road, which is located in Aldermanic District 3 (File No. 18-001339-ZA). The property was rezoned in 1978 from R-6 to the PUD-IS Zoning District without any conditions. Conditions were placed on the property in 2004, 2013, and 2015 for the prior three Special Use Ordinances. A recent site visit to determine the locations of the 2010 Bona Bella Ave duplex units and discussion with the Director of Operations resulted in the following changes to the Draft Ordinance:
