| Description This contract is for the installation of 25 LED lights by Georgia Power in the amount of $111,069.34. These lights will be installed along the Highlands Park walking trail which is currently under construction. Georgia Power will also be responsible for the operation, service, maintenance, and any necessary repairs of the lights for the duration of the agreement. This is a sole source procurement because of Georgia Power's unique position to provide the City with light fixtures, power, and associated equipment as the owner of all these. The proposed lease agreement also sets forth a monthly cost of $596. Terms: Net 30 days. Delivery: As requested.
