Description

Recommend approval to procure design services for the Highlands Fire Station from Kern & Co., LLC in the amount of $167,998.00. These services will be used to provide architectural, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, civil engineering, structural engineering, and geotechnical engineering services for the Highlands Fire Station, located at 480 Highlands Drive in Aldermanic District 1. This contract also includes construction administration services through project closeout.
