This is to procure an annual contract for Grounds Maintenance for Public Right of Ways to J Corbett Enterprises, Inc., DBA Mow Masters in an amount not to exceed $1,525,000.

This contract will be used by the Park and Tree Department to maintain grounds on approximately 170 miles of rights of ways adjacent to streets and highways. Ground maintenance shall include mowing, edging, line trimming, leaf/debris removal, litter/trash removal before mowing, and the application of pesticides and herbicides to control weed and wild growth. This contract will be able to adequately maintain these rights of ways.

The bid was advertised, opened, and reviewed. The contract term expires on March 13, 2025. This contract also includes four (4) available annual renewal options. Delivery: As needed. Terms: Net 30 days. The bidders were:
