Brooks Building Solutions will provide services to replace seven (7) existing Alerton Backtalk Control Module (BCM) with Alerton (Open Nix) JACE Global Controllers. Alerton Backtalk Control Module (BCM) is an older system used to control and monitor building operations, like heating, cooling, and lighting. It is becoming outdated and has reached its lifecycle replacement period and needs replacing. This project will also include updating Building Automation Software, including programing, updating graphics with integration into the new software, upgrading Nema 1 Control Panels, Functional Device UPSs, and related panel mounted switches. Brooks Building Solutions is the OEM Sole Source Provider for the Alerton Controls Building Automation System for the Savannah Airport Commission. This is a 2025 Capital Budget item in the amount of $250,000.
