| Description The Frequent Parker Program (FPP) is a customer loyalty platform designed to reward parking customers with complimentary parking after they accumulate a specified number of points. R-Solutions is the service provider for the FPP and provides system administration, maintenance, and customer support. The request is for a three-year period and is a sole-source purchase as we are renewing an existing service agreement.
