| Description This is for Contract Modification No. 1 for HVAC Maintenance for Water Treatment Facilities to Boaen Mechanical in the amount not to exceed $120,000.
The Water Reclamation and Industrial Domestic Plants utilize this contract for preventative maintenance and emergency services 85 HVAC systems provide adequate cooling for variable frequency drives (VFDs) which control the pumps and equipment needed to distribute and treat water/wastewater. The request for an increase is needed as a result of the corrosive environment, inflation, and aging machinery which requires more maintenance.
This contract expires on June 22, 2025. The original contract was originally approved on June 23, 2022, in the amount of $98,757. The total amount of this annual contract including the modification is $218,757.
Delivery: As needed. Terms: Net 30 days. The bidders were:
