| Description This vehicle will be assigned to the Maintenance Department as a life-cycle replacement. The Commission advertised a Request for Quotation (RFQ) from January 9, 2026, through February 13, 2026. A total of five (5) bids were received, with two being non-responsive. Based on the evaluation of all responsive submissions, JC Lewis Ford submitted the lowest responsive and responsible bid, meeting all specifications. This purchase is a 2026 budgeted item in the amount of $65,000.
