All four (4) vehicles are replacements due to life-cycle requirements. The Commission advertised a Request for Quotation (RFQ) from December 23, 2025, through January 23, 2026. A total of eleven (11) bids were received, with one (1) bid deemed non-responsive. Based on the evaluation of all responsive submissions, Alan Jay Automotive Management, Inc. submitted the lowest responsive and responsible bid meeting all specifications. This is a FY 2026 budgeted item of $215,000.
