Description
Two (2) vehicles will be assigned to the Engineering Department, one (1) vehicle to the Operations Department, and one (1) vehicle to the Grounds Department. All four (4) vehicles are replacements due to life-cycle requirements. The Commission advertised a Request for Quotation (RFQ) from December 23, 2025, through January 23, 2026. A total of eleven (11) bids were received, with one (1) bid deemed non-responsive. Based on the evaluation of all responsive submissions, Alan Jay Automotive Management, Inc. submitted the lowest responsive and responsible bid meeting all specifications. This is a FY 2026 budgeted item of $215,000.
