| Description This is to execute Modification #1 with L & H Welding for welding and fabrication services in an amount not to exceed $100,000. The Mobility & Parking Services Department will utilize these services for the Westside Parking Lot. The modification will be for structural welding and fabrication services for handrails at the EnMarket Arena. This contract was approved by the City Manager on April 8, 2025, in the amount of $44,520 annually with four options to renew. The total amount of this annual contract, including this modification, is $144,520. Delivery: As needed. Terms: Net 30 days. The bidder was: L.B. L & H Welding (Savannah, GA) (B) $100,000
