Savannah College of Art and Design, Inc. has requested a water and sewer agreement for the SCAD Victory Village Dormitories, a development consisting of two dormitory buildings with a total of 319 rooms and supporting parking structure. The water and sewer systems have adequate capacity to serve this 87 water and 85.07 sewer equivalent resident unit development located on East Victory Drive between Barnard Street and Montgomery Street. The agreement is consistent with policy directives given by the Mayor and Aldermen and has been reviewed and approved by the City Attorney for legal format.
