| Description Recommend approval to renew an annual contract for water and wastewater sample analysis with Florida Spectrum Laboratories up to $64,500. These services will be used by the Industrial and Domestic Water Department and the Dean Forest Landfill to provide sample analysis. Water testing helps Savannah remain compliant with the Environmental Protection Agency, and also ensures citizens receive safe, high-quality drinking water. The contract was originally awarded by Council on September 28, 2017. This is the final renewal option of the contract and it expires on December 31, 2020. | |
