Description Recommend approval to award an annual contract for towing of abandoned vehicles to Panic Recovery Bureau and Investigations, LLC. This is a revenue-generating contract for the City. This contract will be used by the Mobility and Parking Services and Code Compliance Departments to remove booted and illegally parked vehicles, and for the removal and storage of abandoned and derelict vehicles. The recommended bidder will pay the City a flat fee for each vehicle towed and stored. The City will receive $100.00 for each towed abandoned vehicle and $200.00 for each booted and towed vehicle. The contract term will be from March 15, 2018 through December 31, 2018. | |
