| Description Recommend approval of Contract Modification No. 1 for HVAC maintenance services for water treatment facilities with Boaen Mechanical Services, Inc. in the amount of $64,075.00. The original contract was for HVAC maintenance services for various water treatment facilities. This modification is needed to increase the amount of the contract in order to replace HVAC units in the Industrial and Domestic Water Facility’s variable frequency drive room. These units have reached the end of their useful lives and need immediate replacement to avoid future emergencies. Council originally approved this contract on May 25, 2017 in the amount of $63,948.00. The total amount of this contract to date, including this modification, is $128,023.00. The contract term is from May 25, 2017 through May 24, 2018. | |
