| Description Recommend approval to renew an annual contract for roofing design services up to $75,000 with Raymond Engineering. These design services are used by various City departments to provide necessary construction documents and specifications when repairs to and maintenance for roofing are needed. These services are also used after disaster events for damage assessments of facility roofs. This contract is used in conjunction with the City’s structural engineering contractor. This contract was originally approved by Council on December 20, 2018. This is the first of three renewal options available. | |
