Description Recommend approval to renew an annual contract for generator maintenance and repair services with W.W. Williams in the amount of $200,462. This contract will be used by staff at the President Street Plant, Regional Plants and the Industrial and Domestic Water Facility for maintenance on emergency standby generator equipment. Per the plant’s National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System permit, each plant is required to have back-up power sources in the event of an emergency. There are currently approximately sixty generators at the water treatement plants which receive routine maintenance monthly and yearly. The contract also also includes repair work as needed. Routine maintenance inspections on each system ensure the systems are always in a ready state. This contract was originally approved by Council on June 6, 2019. This is the second of three renewal options available. W.W. Williams (Savannah, GA)(B) (B) Indicates local, non-DBE owned business
