Description This is to procure Traffic and Crowd Management Services with Area Wide Protective in the amount of $59,285. The St. Patrick’s Day Parade requires traffic and crowd control barricades to proceed safely along the streets of Savannah. Additionally, NO PARKING signs are required along the parade route and staffing area. Area Wide Protective (AWP) is familiar with the event. This is a sole source because the vendor is the only company that can provide the level of service required for this event on such short notice. This service includes the staging and deployment of all traffic and crowd control barricades along with the posting of all the NO PARKING signs. Delivery: As needed. Terms: Net 30 days.
