SAC issued a Request for Quotations (RFQ) for the purchase of a wide-area mower for the grounds department. This is an addition to the fleet and will help maintain the large grass areas. SAC received a total of (3) three bids and the bid closed on May 5, 2022. Although Tri-State Pump & Control has the lowest bid, they are not able to supply the equipment for approximately 12-18 months, as noted in their bid. Owens Collective’s indicated that they could deliver the equipment within 30 days of the issuance of the purchase order.
