| Description Kone, Inc. will furnish all material, labor, tools, and supervision to convert the obsolete Schindler QKS door operator on each of the (6) elevators installed in 2007. This is a lifecycle and predictive maintenance upgrade to prevent extended downtime should there be a door operator failure. All work is being completed under the current Annual Maintenance and Service Contract between KONE, Inc. and the Savannah Airport Commission. This upgrade is a 2022 budgeted item in the amount of $125,000. | |
