Staff requests approval of a national advertising co-op with the Hilton Head Island-Bluffton Area Chamber of Commerce for the August issue of Travel and Leisure’s (T+L) World’s Best Awards Issue. T+L readers, both consumers and trade, rely on this issue to guide their travel plans and recommendations for the year ahead. Ninety-two percent of readers take action as a result of the Awards and 83% considered/booked travel that was featured in the issue. T+L readers clearly love the island, which is why they continuously rank among the Top US Islands. The total cost for the full-page brand ad is $100,000 and will be positioned in the front of the issue.
