Description

The Palms Phase 4 is a development off Highgate Boulevard in the New Hampstead Area.  Phases 1, 2 and 3 are constructed with homes being built.   According to FEMA FIRM Map no. 13051C0104G and 13051C0105G portions of this property lie within a special flood hazard area (SFHA).  The water and sewer service for this project area is provided and maintained by the City of Savannah.
