Description
Paychex is a Human Capital Management solution used by Human Resources, Finance, and Airport staff. Paychex allows airport staff to monitor, input, and edit employee time and attendance, and Paid Time Off (PTO) information. In addition, the Human Resources department uses Paychex to review and manage time and attendance, PTO, open enrollment, payroll deductions, benefits, and the onboarding process of new hires. The Finance department also uses Paychex to process payroll, generate W2's, and perform other tax services. Prices vary annually based on the Airport's headcount, and a three (3%) to five (5%) percent rate increase is allowed per the existing contract. The request for renewal is for a period of up to five years and is subject to review annually.
