| Description At the June 11, 2020, meeting, the Commission approved an Amendment to Hurt, Norton & Associates’ Agreement to add options to extend their term through April 30, 2025. This Agreement was assigned to Carol Holladay & Associates at the June 1, 2022, meeting. This firm provides national lobbying, consulting, coordination, watchdog, and facilitation services. This would fund the Agreement for an additional year through April 30, 2024, at a rate of $96,000, paid quarterly. This is the first request for an increase in seven (7) years since the contract was previously by Hurt Norton & Associates. | |
