Recommend approval to renew an annual maintenance agreement with ESRI, Inc. in the amount of $33,900.00.

ESRI software is used by numerous City departments to perform spatial analysis of data and  allows users to collect, organize, manage, analyze, communicate, and distribute geographical information. This contract will provide maintenance for various ESRI modules to include ArcGIS Desktop (Advanced and Standard), Spatial Analyst, 3D Analyst and Business Analyst. 

The maintenance agreement is  for the period of June 20, 2017 through June 19, 2018.   

A sole source was required because this vendor is the only known supplier of this service and is currently the vendor that maintains the system.
